During the year we will be building a strong developmental softball program that focuses heavily on player growth. The format will include softball teams under both Team Long Island as well as Team Castle Futures for ages 14-18. This format will allow fluidity and comprehensive player development, directed by Coach Ryan Castle. In addition to player development, there will be an emphasis placed on college exposure, recruitment and experience with NCAA Division I, II and III coaches.
